Just as the name suggests, one of the biggest incentives or motivators that a company can offer its employees and clients is to send them on a paid vacation. MeetingsAmerica can help design * incentive programs that will help you to achieve your company's marketing and sales or service goals.

Studies indicate that vacations are the most popular incentive to employees and customers. According to a Gallup Poll, 88% of the respondents preferred a vacation as an incentive, to all other incentives offered.

Cruises
We have relationships with some of the largest cruise lines that will allow you to get the best prices for your group. We organize the event, make travel arrangements, and accompany your group to make sure that they get VIP treatment from us, the airlines, the cruise ship, vendors and other contacts. We'll arrange for private tours and avoid the high ship-board prices. We'll also arrange for tours of historic or scenic sites on the way to the ship, or on the way back.

Foreign Travel
We'll work with your company to organize and guide group travelers to exotic destinations, like cruises to Alaska or the Caribbean, trips to Cancun or Hawaii - even China and Europe. Our guides have been there, and done them all.

Domestic Travel
As a Destination Meeting Planner, we belong to a network of meeting planners across the country who can't wait to give our clients the best deal possible. We handle all aspects of the group's travel: from airline and hotel reservations, to sight-seeing and local activities.

Intermountain West Travel
We realize that most corporations want the biggest bang for their buck. Why spend half your incentive travel budget on travel, when there is so much to see locally? From Sun Valley, West Yellowstone, Jackson, Park City, Moab and St. George - all the way to the Grand Canyon - there is a lot to see and do in the Intermountain West. Vacation packages are offered to satisfy the growing demand for convenient, affordable getaway trips close to home. We'd love to take your group to Hawaii - but we can show you just as good a time in the nation's playground: our own backyard!

MeetingsAmerica is able and ready to work with your company by offering several ways of incentive-izing your top employees:

Group Incentives
Group travel is the traditional format of choice for many companies to deliver incentives. On a group program the entire group of winners participates in the same itinerary at the same time. We can do a simple tour, or combine the tour with a retreat, recognition reception and dinner, or other commemorative event.

Individual Incentives
Individual Incentive programs allow participants to choose their own reward based on the parameters you set. The individual and his or her spouse travel at their own pace, with their own itinerary that we will help to develop based on their interests and experience. They can use their own car, or use one of the new cars in a rental fleet.

Voucher Incentives
The winners are given vouchers, which they can redeem for any of the programs offered by MeetingsAmerica. We currently have relationships with dozens of hotels and service providers in the Intermountain West, and we guarantee the best rates available. Vouchers can have a set dollar limit, which allows the participant to "upgrade", extend travel, or put together his or her own individualized package.

Great performers work to achieve great incentive rewards, period. Countless studies show that travel is the top reward choice of incentive winners. A well-designed and well-run incentive travel program is one of the most effective ways to reward great performers, and encourage others to reach that "greatness" level.
